Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Please read our returns policy below.

Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Consumable items that have been opened

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
